 Women’s Month Celebration: Amplifying the Voices of Women

    Every year in March is the Women’s Month celebration.  And this, day March 8^th, is the International Women’s day. We salute all hard working, resilient, and loving women. They had contributed many advancements as they play a vital role in keeping the society in shape, amplifying their voices for us hear their power, skills, vigor, and to honor their endowment on how they changed our lives.

 

    Yes, March is Women’s Month! It is a very important celebration as it serves as a venue to highlight women's achievements and discuss continuing and emerging women's empowerment and gender equality issues and concerns, challenges, and commitments. You see, men and women are pretty unequal, in our society men seem to be more dominant than women. Therefore, they are more likely to be underestimated, which is why it is celebrated to commemorate and honor women's accomplishments, raise awareness about gender disparities and discrimination, as well as promote global support for women.

 

 

    We should not forget how women keep the world in shape.  Me as a feminist, I am glad that there is an occasion we call as Women’s Month.  Let us honor every mother  sisters, friends, teachers, waitresses, nurses, and and every loving women out there. To those  who are fighting and victims of unjust treatment, may they be comforted from their burdens.

 And today, let us show our appreciation to the great sacrifices of every mother in carrying us in their wombs and taking good care of us today and until to the last strand of their breath.  We are what we are because of them.
